Bayside Run Coaching
Bayside Run Coaching works with juniors and adults to keep fit and active, improve technique for sports and achieve their running goals. Our friendly, accredited run coaches make running fun and can help runners of all abilities improve and enjoy their running.
We offer both private and group coaching options for juniors and adults. One of our most popular offerings is coaching two juniors together: having a friend alongside can be reassuring and motivating—plus it is cheaper for parents.
We also work regularly with school and community groups. Indeed, we have been partnering with Cornish College over the past two years, delivering a run skills program in the Junior School.
